Great article, I’ve actually utilised the smith machine into my routine to increase my 1 rep max, through a program given to me by a male body builder, and over the last 3 months I’ve gone from a 40kg 1 rep max to almost nailing a 70kg rep. I still do normal bench press on alternative weeks so that I keep the intimidate muscle working. But the smith machine has given me the confidence to actually pick up the weight and attempt the heavier weights, because I know I can always quickly huck the bar back on if I fail, where even with 50kg on normal bench the confidence is lost.


Side-effects from the use of steroids are extremely common and can be quite significant. Most side-effects are reversible once the athlete stops usage although serious long-term side-effects and even death have occurred as a direct result of steroid use.
    •    Decreased sperm production and sex drive
    •    Increased aggression, irritability and mood swings
    •    Liver disorders
    •    Acne
    •    Baldness (alopecia)
    •    Hypertension (high blood pressure)
    •    Raised cholesterol
    •    Gynecomastia (development of over-sized mammary glands in males)
    •    Menstrual irregularities (in women)
    •    Hirsuitism (excessive hair growth occurring in females which follows the pattern of male hair growth, . facial)
    •    Deepening of the voice
    •    Reduced immunity
    •    Possible development of tumors (wilm’s tumor, prostate carcinoma and leukemia have been reported, although a connection is not proven)

I am not a fan of Efron but some of these arguments are a bit weak. His hair doesnt appear to have decreased, they are just shorter and pulled back. Plus that first picture is like 8 yrs ago… He always had a square face but now its just a lot leaner thus making the angles more pronounced.
Maybe he did juice, but as you say it doesnt look like he added a lot of muscle mass from the Neighbors movie. Also keep in mind, that all the pics we have seen from the Baywatch set are Efron working out, meaning his muscles are definitely pumped and pronounced along with his vascularity.
Like I said we do not know really, but the evidence provided in this article are really not very convincing.

5. Zinc and Omega-3 fatty acids plus Vitamins D and C helps a lot.
6. Start massaging your penis daily. JELQUING. Get the flow of blood going into it DAILY. Like milking a cow, gently pull the blood into the blood filling chambers. If you keep this up, you will also notice harder, stronger erections.
7. Talk to hot girls. Even if you don't ask them out. Talking to them gets your testosterone production going. Plus, you'll get in the habit and it will become easier.
8. Jerk off at night before bed if you don't have a girlfriend. If you have one, screw her EVERY NIGHT. Do whatever you can to get it going.
9. If you take a supplement, don't take more than 50 mgs or you could experience side effects. And don't keep it up for more than three months.
10. Wear boxers, not briefs.
